Description of Milestone:
In this project Charli3 is working with Txpipe to build an Oracle MVP on Substrate integrated with Cardano through the partnerchain tooling recently completed.

The first milestone for this project is to select the project team, refine the project plan by reviewing previous research and addressing any risks.

Project Team:
Milestones 1-3 will be delivered by Txpipe.io whom the Charli3 team contracted to do the Research project (1100091) and signed a new contract with their team in Sept 2024.

Txpipe’s team consists of 4 technical team members: 1 project manager, 1 technical leader, 2 rust developers.

Milestones 4-5 will be delivered by the Charli3.io team which consists of 1 Project manager, 1 technical leader, and 2 Cardano developers. We may employ additional team members from the original Txpipe team to support.

Completion Date of Milestone
Milestone 1 was scheduled to complete during the month of September 2024. We completed on-schedule, but have been delayed submitting this proof of achievement. In fact, the project is about 1 month ahead of schedule with Milestone 2 complete and milestone 3 almost complete.
