25 new price feeds unless the community rejects launching more feeds to conserve funds

Evidence

After careful consideration, the Charli3 team recommended that the community vote to lower the number of new feeds required at this time (specifically for this milestone) to 5 total feeds. Our recommendation was due to; 1) lower demand in Q3–4 2024 for new data feeds, and 2) an expectation of increased demand in the future. Additionally, a third important consideration is that Charli3’s node operator onboarding has ramped up, cost reductions in service are planned, and this means the community funds will deliver more value in Q1 2025+ than if launched now.
